When will I receive confirmation that my order was accepted and processed?

After entering your payment information and clicking on the "Yes, Place My Order" button, you will see a short message that your order is processing. You will also see a Thank You page once your order is complete. The Thank You page verifies that we have accepted and received your order. In addition, you will also receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has shipped?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail when the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Can I place an order and have the shipment sent to an address that is different than by billing address?

Yes, you can choose to use a different shipping address when on the checkout page. The "Ship to the same address" option is checked by default since most customers prefer to ship to their billing address. If you remove the check from this box you will have the option of choosing a new shipping address.

My purchase contained downloadable reports, where are they?

You can find links to any reports you ordered on the Thank You page.

I live outside the United States, can I purchase from your site?

Yes. Please note that free shipping offers do not apply to non-US customers. You may also have to pay any local import duties/fees on your order - these are not controlled by Primal Labs.
