Marlene Merritt received her Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine in 2000 and is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. She has an additional Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Bridgeport. She is licensed by the New Mexico Board of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and is nationally board certified in Oriental Medicine. She is an Applied Clinical Nutritionist, and is additionally Board Certified in Bariatric Counseling, and certified in the Bredesen MEND Protocol™. She is also currently enrolled in the Institute for Functional Medicine’s Certification Program to become an IFM Certified Practitioner.
She has published multiple articles on different issues in nutrition, and she lectures nationally to healthcare practitioners all over the U.S. and Canada on issues ranging from dementia, diabetes, endocrine dysfunction, blood chemistry, nutrition, and functional medicine. She continues to see patients in her private practice in Austin, Texas.

Will Mitchell has been studying Oriental Medicine since 1998. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine from the AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine, and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Bridgeport.
He is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, and is licensed by the New Mexico Board of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He is also certified in the Japanese style of Toyohari acupuncture, Acupuncture Orthopedics as well as being board certified by the NCCAOM in Oriental Medicine and Asian Bodywork. Will has traveled to Japan several times to forward his studies and was one of the eight branch presidents outside of Japan of the Toyohari Medical Association. He is an Applied Clinical Nutritionist, and also enrolled with the Institute for Functional Medicine’s program to become an IFM Certified Practitioner.
His commitment to education and research gives him a technical background that allows him to specialize in working with difficult and challenging health conditions. He has taught doctors of all types in the US and Canada how to use nutrition with their patients. Dr. Hugo Rodier is an integrative physician at the Integrative Health Clinic in Sandy, Utah and an Adjunct Professor for the University of Utah in the Department of Foods and Nutrition and College of Health. Dr. Rodier’s work does not stop when he leaves his office for the day, as you can surely glean from his involvement in educational, political, and social affairs local and abroad.
Hugo recently stepped down from his posts within the Utah Medical Association to serve as member of the Board of Governors for the Shriners Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is proud to also serve as an Integrative Health Network Chairman, Editor of “Integrative Medicine” newsletter, and a national/international speaker on integrative medicine.

Dr. Eric Wood, ND is a District of Columbia-licensed (Washington D.C.) naturopathic physician and a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. He works with clients locally in Florida at the Physical Health Complex and across the US and beyond via phone and video conferencing. He is also a member of the Florida Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
As an emerging, nationally recognized naturopathic medical expert, he has appeared across North American on various FOX, NBC, ABC, and CW television network stations and is a featured interviewee in the new documentary Food, Health, and You due in early 2017, airing on CTV channel 4, in New Zealand, and beyond.
